Photo Excursion to Tuscany

 
UArts Continuing Education is launching an International Travel Program in Spring 2018. This exclusive ten day photo excursion to the Tuscany region of Italy will visit: Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Volterra and more, led by the UArts Program Director of Photography, Anne Massoni.
 
Current students can use this as an elective credit in the Digital Photography Certificate Program. Join the mailing list to keep up to date on program details. 

Proposed Itinerary


  • Day 1 - Arrival in Florence + Welcome dinner

  • Day 2 - Florence (faculty guided)

    • Camera “How to’s”

    • Walking tour - to include Boboli & Bardini Gardens

    • Afternoon lesson on Lightroom editing at hotel

  • Day 3 - Florence (with tour guide)

    • San Marco, Academia, Market

    • Night photography lesson

  • Day 4 - Florence (faculty guided)

    • Technical instruction

    • Walking tour

  • Day 5 - Depart/travel to villa mid morning

    • Walking tour of property with camera instruction (faculty guided)

    • Image sharing as a group

  • Day 6 - Photo day trip to Siena (faculty guided)

  • Day 7 - Photo day trip to San Gimignano + Volterra (faculty guided)

  • Day 8 - Photo day trip to Montepulciano + Pienza (faculty guided)

  • Day 9 - Farm day

  • Day 10 - Departure
