Rosi Dispensa has been with Pre-College Programs since 2004. She has a BFA in photography from The University of the Arts and is currently pursuing an MA in Art Education. Rosi teaches photography in Pre-College Programs and Continuing Education at UArts, and exhibits her work locally at venues including Amble Gallery and Books, P’unk Ave, MBN Studios, and the Ice Box Gallery in Philadelphia.

Erika Hicks received a BFA in Theater at the University of the Arts and joined the Pre-College Programs in 2008. She has taught acting to youth of all ages with Big Picture Alliance, City Center Academy, Spruce Hill Christian School and Curio Theater Company where she has been a company member since 2007. Erika previously worked as the Program Coordinator for the Kensington South Neighborhood Advisory Council.
