Continuing Studies Faculty Forms Online were developed for use by instructors in all Continuing Studies programs to create a paperless workflow.
All forms – Statement of Intent, Faculty Data Sheet, Syllabus and requests – will be submitted online. The data will be stored in the system so you can revise as needed, as well as refer to it in future semesters.
Additionally, an official UArts email address has been established and assigned to all current Continuing Studies faculty. Communications sent via email will be sent to this address. Faculty members will use the official University email address to communicate with students registered in their classes and will correspond with students via this address.

The Continuing Studies Enrichment Grant is available to all instructors teaching in the Division of Continuing Studies at the University of the Arts who meet the eligibility requirements described in the application below. Deadline: January 31, 2012.
