Housing is available on-site for students taking 2016 Summer Music Studies courses at Ursinus College and Villanova University. Dates, rates and additional housing related information is listed below by site.

Week I: June 27 - July 1 & Week II: July 5- July 8, 2016
*Final deadline to register for housing at Ursinus is Wednesday, June 15 2016.
Wicks House is located on the Ursinus College campus. It has central air and private shared bathrooms in the hallways. Rooms are equipped for comfortable residence hall living. The College provides a bed, mattress, desk, chair, bureau and closet space or bureau/wardrobe combination unit for each student. Window shades are provided for each room. You can bring your own linens or order from the Linen Rental link (*below - more details coming soon!).
There is a lounge and a small kitchen where you can prepare meals. Or if you would prefer, lunch will be served daily in Wismer Dining Hall, and local restaurants offer a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner.

Move - In
Week I Session:
- Sunday, June 26 at Wick’s from 5 to 6 p.m.
- Monday, June 27 at the Kaleidoscope Box Office from 7:30 to 8:30 am
Week II Session:
Tuesday, July 5 from 7:30 to 8:30 at the Kaleidoscope Box Office from 7:30 to 8:30 am
Campus is CLOSED on July 4th. Keys will be distributed to registered guests and must be returned at the end of class to the Kaleidoscope Box Office before 6 pm on July 1 (Week 1) and July 8 (Week 2). Those who ordered linens online will pay Ursinus events for their linen package upon receipt.
Week 1: June 27 - July 1, 2016
$300 per week (5 nights) single occupancy / $200 per week (5 nights) double occupancy
Week II: July 5 - July 8, 2016 (Campus is closed on July 4)
$240 per week (4 nights) single occupancy / $160 per week (4 nights) double occupancy
- For cooking: cookware, utensils, paper plates and cups, can/bottle opener, water bottle, ziploc bags, Tupperware containers, bag clips
- Sleep: extra-long twin sheet sets - 80 inches long(unless you are renting) , pillows, an extra blanket/quilt, alarm clock,
- Wash: bath towels and washcloths (unless you are renting), shower tote/caddy, soap holder, toothbrush holder, first-aid kit, hair dryer, razors, bathrobe, flip flops
Extras: mp3 player, DVD player, charger for phone, power cords
Linen Rental (optional)
Students can register themselves for optional linen rental at an additional cost. You can view the linen rental form from Ursinus College here.
Pre-order is required and payment is due at check-in. Linens will be supplied in the dorm room upon arrival. Students can pay for linens when they pick up their dorm keys.
Ursinus will supply non-photo ID’s for dorm students-only

Dining (Wismer Dining Hall)
There is a small kitchen available to prepare meals. Lunch will also be available (11:30am-1pm). Students pay out of pocket at Wismer Dining Hall. Cash and credit card at will be accepted. Students will NOT be able to purchase breakfast or dinner at the Ursinus campus dining hall.
Weeks II - V: July 5 - 29, 2016
Accommodations are available at Villanova University in the West Campus Apartments located adjacent to St. Mary's Hall. Each apartment has two bedrooms that sleep a total of four people. Double Rates ($60) are charged per night per person for a shared bedroom. You may guarantee a single bedroom within an apartment by paying the single rate ($86). Apartments are air-conditioned and include a shared kitchen, living room and 1.5 baths. Housing reservations are made directly through Villanova University and is done separately from course registration.

Bedrooms are furnished with beds, linens, towels, a desk, and chairs. Please bring a lamp, blanket, clock, and all personal items. Note that no pets are permitted in the residence halls.
Check - In
- Sunday arrivals: Housing check-in will be held on Sunday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Monday arrivals: You may pick up your key at sign-in. If you plan to visit your room before your course begins, please arrive no later than 7:15 am.
- $86/night – Single room
$60/night – Double occupancy room

- Pots and pans if you wish to cook

- small book light for bedrooms

All residents will be issued a card which will allow access to the dorm, Klekotka Hall, as well as Villanova’s library and on-campus fitness center.

Dining (St. Mary's Hall)
Breakfast and lunch will be available in St. Mary’s Hall at the Second Storey Café on an a la carte basis. Expect to spend around $5 for breakfast and $6 or $7 for lunch.
